Alabaster Jar reminds me the story of a woman who gave everything she have and practice a life of servanthood. It's not easy.
To show love when there is nothing to love, be patience to the undeserved, practice kindness without any return.
People may take advantage of it, leaving scars along the way.
The world would say: Protect yourselves from getting hurt again. Love only when there is an advantage.
God would say: Cast all your cares upon Him, Love your enemy..
Somethings are indeed not easy to put down and will sometimes cost everything, the hopes, dreams and plans one could ever have. But the art of surrendering is what God requires. We look to God in prayer, in the moment of joy and the moment of agony. We surrender our feelings for Him to comfort us and wipe away our tears, we surrender when it hurts for Him to heal our pain, we surrender when we hit dead end for Him to make a miracle..
Life is harsh no doubt, but we don't own anything here and we are just temporary. If we look at life as a whole, we would ask: Is this life worth living or is there other purpose for it? Question after question, only the one who created us could answer. We are just the women with the alabaster jar, surrendering everything at the feet of Jesus and serve God's will.

It's now 11.37pm, saturday.
I shud be studying coz exams is on monday. But instead i felt like blogging.
Feasting on a bowl of cintan mee with chinese wax sausage,
Questioning myself:

I wonder how my life would be?

If i just remain quiet for one day.
If i just wanna lie in bed all day.
If i just enjoy the beautiful morning.
How would you feel?

My life has been ever changing.
My life has been ever big.
My life has been full of miracles.

But how much have i change i do not know.

This EASTER morning.... a RUDE AWAKENING at 3am....
FIRE DRILL at the wee hours of the morning....
i was asleep and suddenly the bell rang like crazy... woke up wid my roomies 2 c wad happened...
than saw some ppl rushing out at 1st out of the hostel... den sum of the hostel committee shout "api api api...."
I went down and saw multitudes of ppl from my hostel slumber walking outta uni...WADDACRAP.... lol... if this were a real fire, most of them will be dead... lol
They basically burn firecrackers and put smoke plus use like... GG....

At the gathering point, than the 2 Fire trucks and 1 ambulance came in style... LOL... below are the pictures..

Later they din let us slept and demo how 2 padam api at like 4am in the morning... i sneak back 2 the room and crash tidur saje...

AND the fire drill is like 1 month plus b4 i moving out of uni hostel.... USELESS... they shud conduct when i were still fresh undergrad... a better response....

“Mengikut Seksyen 9(1) enakmen itu, menjadi kesalahan bagi sesiapa terlibat dalam tulisan yang diterbitkan atau dalam apa-apa ucapan atau pernyataan terbuka ditujukan kepada suatu perhimpunan orang yang dirancang.

“Pada masa ucapan atau pernyataan itu dibuat, dia tahu atau patut tahu akan diterbit atau disiarkan menggunakan mana-mana perkataan yang disenaraikan,” kata beliau dipetik Utusan Malaysia.

Di bawah Seksyen 9(2), menjadi kesalahan seseorang bukan Islam menggunakan mana-mana ungkapan yang disenaraikan kecuali sebagai petikan atau rujukan.

“Seseorang yang melakukan kesalahan mengikut sub-Seksyen (1) atau (2) boleh dikenakan denda RM1,000,” ujarnya.

Melaka merupakan antara negeri yang mengguna pakai peruntukan itu.

Awal minggu ini, Pahang mengumumkan ia tidak membenarkan penggunaan 25 perkataan dan 10 ungkapan bersumberkan Islam, termasuk kalimah Allah dalam sebarang terbitan dan ucapan yang dikaitkan dengan agama lain.

Ia dikuatkuaskaan di bawah Enakmen Kawalan dan Sekatan Pengembangan Agama-Agama Bukan Islam 1989 yang diwartakan kerajaan Pahang pada 1990.

Perkataan lain yang tidak boleh diguna dan dikaitkan itu ialah firman Allah, ulama, hadis, ibadat, Kaabah, kadi, Ilahi, wahyu, mubaligh, syariah, kiblat, haji, mufti, rasul, iman, dakwah, injil, solat, khalifah, wali, fatwa, khutbah, nabi dan tabligh.

Ungkapan seperti Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Lailahaillallah, Walillahilhamd, Allahu Akbar, Insya-Allah, Astagfirullahal Azim, Tabaraka Allah, Masya-Allah, Lahaula Walaquwata IIlabillahialiyil Azim juga tidak boleh digunakan orang bukan Islam.

Mengikut seksyen 9 (1) enakmen itu, adalah menjadi kesalahan bagi sesiapa jika ia menghasilkan sesuatu tulisan atau ucapan dengan menggunakan perkataan itu atau variasinya untuk menyatakan fakta kepercayaan, idea, konsep, perbuatan dan aktiviti dengan mana-mana agama bukan Islam.

Bagi Seksyen 9(2) enakmen yang sama pula, adalah menjadi kesalahan bagi bukan Islam menggunakan perkataan dan ungkapan berkenaan kecuali sebagai petikan atau rujukan.

Timbalan Yang Dipertua Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Resam Melayu Pahang (Maip), Datuk Seri Wan Abdul Wahid Wan Hassan menjelaskan mereka boleh dikenakan denda tidak lebih daripada RM5,000 atau penjara tidak lebih dua tahun atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan.

“Enakmen ini adalah undang-undang yang merangkumi semua pihak, termasuk bukan Islam dan mereka yang melakukan kesalahan akan ditahan mengikut Kanun Prosedur Jenayah.

“Ia juga memperuntukkan kuasa kepada pihak polis untuk menjalankan penguatkuasaan dan menangkap tanpa waran mereka yang disyaki melakukan kesalahan,” katanya dipetik Berita Harian awal minggu ini.

Wan Abdul Wahid meminta semua pihak di negeri ini menghormati dan mematuhi enakmen berkenaan yang sudah wujud sejak 20 tahun lalu.

“Jika semua pihak mematuhi enakmen ini maka tidak akan berlaku masalah berbangkit sehingga mencetuskan kemarahan umat Islam,” katanya.

Kesalahan lain mengikut enakmen itu termasuk menghantar atau menyerahkan terbitan mengenai apa-apa agama bukan Islam kepada seorang Islam, mendedahkan seorang Islam kepada pengaruh suatu agama bukan Islam dan mendekati seorang Islam untuk mendedahkannya kepada ucapan atau pertunjukan mengenai perkara berkaitan dengan suatu agama bukan Islam.

and it is inside sejarah and TITAS...if it gets censored and not to be used by non-muslim, wad are v gonna answer in our test paper?

Life changing, revolution, wadeva u called it .... 2009 experience..
It started wid a countdown new year on 1.1.2009..
Breakthrus after breakthrus happened thru out the year i just dunno where to start..
Just running thru highlights..
March ISCF camp - UNVEILED... was more than expectation.... As a committee, we hav to look into alot of stuff from the tiniest to the biggest.... but God provided all the way...
Camp was no ordinary 1....
Admission for university in June..
My biggest challenge ever.... in 2009....
I came here, knowing nothing and no one... Spiritually it was a desert...
I started complain, started grumbling... like the Israelites did in Exodus...
Kelvin, my mentor, sat back and did nothing at all... (I understood later why)
I long and hunger for more yet there are nothing... no rain, not even a single drop...
Exams and stuff came i gave wadeva i could....
Than came the break.... sem break...
December - Musical...
It was wonderful.... better feedback than i expected... very professional...
INFUSE camp -Resonate
I got my answer... God open up heaven and pour more than rain.... His Spirit...
Stepped out of my unbelief and went into supernatural faith....

RULE 1: nvr try this at home..
RULE 2: if u hav a washing machine, USE IT instead..

STEPs:
1) soak ur clothes in a bit of soap water b4 wash...
2) if u got no time, just go to step 3
3) get a pail, put ur clothes in, fill da pail wid water, put some soap powder or any cleaning product that u trust into the pail..
4) push the clothes around inside the pail and twist ur clothes to drain it...
5) put in the pail, fill it wid water and put softener... if u dun 1... repeat step 3 widout soap powder or any cleaning product... den jump to step 7...
6) drain and rinse wid water...
7) hang ur clothes....
8) if all else fail, get it 2 a dobi nearby =)

With absolutely no respect I have to say this.

Dude, you once said "juniors don't respect senior nowadays" but you are the ones who doesn't deserve respect at all.

came back exhausted physically and spiritually..

Decided to blog now... coz too boring..
the only things which i could do are:

- on9 (cannot harap da line..)
- go church (super far)

Wad do i miss most:
- my guitar

really to tell u the truth there's ntg 2 do here... study 6 - 8 hours is peanuts coz it's totally too bored (maybe 4 1st sem le)... travelling 2 shopping mall is not an option.. public bus ends at 6.30... later den dat u hav 2 take taxi which cut ur throat at rm 20 per ride.. no joke..
it's super windy here and cooling though...but my uni is next 2 industry area so the weather quality got problem... i'm havin cough rite now.. prayin 4 God 2 cure..
exams coming very soon le.. quiz hav been done dis few weeks.. hav 2 ace 1st sem wad come may...

lol my uni punya rules:

long pants no matter where u r... the shortest: knee length...
dat's not all dat.. below ur knee cap... one inch shorter revealing abit of knee cap: CANNOT!!
reason: sum religion dun let.. respect others..

pros: everybody looks decent

cons: i hav 2 buy alot of long pants... coz proportion 2 my height, there is no shorts which are longer den my knees.. all of my shorts are 1 inch shorter revealing a half of my knee cap..
dude, knee cap not aurat yet la doink...

internet filter - no msn, skype download and illegal stuff etc etc.. facebook office hours cant log in..
reason: coz d line will lag..

pros: it focus ppl on studies, no play play or hanky panky stuff

cons: dude, it's just msn k... man, wifi get a better 1 if streamyx not good enough..

normalize after a week of orientation...
lectures all started.. everything is good... but still no pork haha =)
this is a more detail bout uthm johor..
i share a room with another 2 hostelmate.. one of which is a christian..
it's quite hot and stuffy in my room.. it's quite small actually 4 3 ppl 1 live in... my toilet is 3x1.5 m wide(approximately)...
my apartmentmates mostly are studying I.T and if plus 3 of us is 6 ppl..quite a few christians around in my apartment..
the nearest same course ppl with me are at my blok at 4th floor..
i live at the 2nd floor..

i do thank God 4 the arrangement... i dun hav pressure at the 1st place coz my roomies not same course... and d subject i studyin is a repetition of form 6... but i hav to work hard anyway..

i do question: why God put me here at the 1st place?
though i have settle down, i am still waitin of wad is to be done here...
wad lacking dat i see in me and around me:
1) FGA Batu Pahat doesnt hav a youth group.
2) the congregation is small.
3) number of christians in uni are limited
4) quiet time with God cut short
5) no instrument at my hostel room
6) quite limited access to internet
7) my frens are a different bunch
8) it's hot here.. i do complain...
9) insufficient rest time...
10) getting very bored of everythin fast..

i'll wait patiencely 4 an answer......
